    Bulking Progress (7 Weeks in)

Seven weeks ago, I expressed an interest in running a cycle, but was encouraged otherwise. I decided to take everyone's advice and try to gain mass without AAS. Today, I weighed in ten pounds heavier, so I wanted to chime in and see people's opinions upon my progress and what I should do moving forward.

    Stats:
    Age: 22
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 186

Diet over the past 7 weeks:
    3000 Calories
    270G Protein
    370G Carbohydrates
    50G Fat

What does my current bodyfat appear to be? I am thinking of going up to 200 pounds before cutting, so long as I don't get too obese.

    Thanks!

In the before pictures, I was 174, so I have put on about ten pounds in seven weeks. Honestly, I would like to be as big as possible. Ever since I was little, I wanted to be a freak. So long as I don't get too fat, and I continue getting stronger, I will keep bulking. Does my weight gain thus far seem reasonable, or should I be slowing down a bit to avoid unnecessary fat gain?

Legs def look bigger . If i were you, i d lean bulk from this point cause then if you get too fat and have to cut and etc.. too much work. Just count calories for lean bulk (i d say 2pounds a month is good)
