10-15 of LBM would b excellent. But, it's not gonna happen any time soon. Since it's cutting season.
Maybe this time next year. But, it looks like the most I gain per year is about 5 pounds of real muscle.

Even on anabolics, a person is going to get to a stage where they will not get any bigger. Not saying you are there, just throwing that out there. There is an upper limit on anabolics just like there is natty.

I laugh when people say gear doesn't work as well as they thought it would when they are buying from UGL sites. Go get some prescription anabolics from an anti aging clinic or other source of 100 percent pharmaceutical grade gear and then come back and tell us if you think gear doesn't work. They do work and they work well. 4 weeks on prescription Anadrol will have you looking like the hulk

Ever tried a little bit of insulin with your cycles? Wake up shoot 8iu humulin-r make breakfast protein/~50g carbs, 2-3 hours later another protein/~50g carb meal and your clear. Post workout same thing that covers 4 meals. Nice and simple you could actually do 3x a day but it's tough to fit into my schedule personally so I stick to 2x. I actually like running it breakfast and pre-workout but you'd have to look into a pre-workout/intra workout/post workout meal protocol to the dose you are running to avoid going hypo. You'll be amazed at how full and rounded it keeps you, easy 10-15lbs in your first month if you know what you're doing.
Disclaimer: Do your own research when running insulin as it can kill you if you have 0 knowledge on it, can't read the correct measurements on an insulin syringe, and are on a stranded island with no juice/chocolate/candy/carbs/sugar of any kind.
Hopefully I don't get scrutinized to death but here is just under a week of officially bulking it helps bring the fullness and mass real quick. Just take a look at the size of my actual bone structure, most notably the wrist to put into perspective how much actual mass/water/fat whatever you want to call it that I have packed on. Be kind if you have negative insulting comments. Behind this computer I am a person too just like you .

I dont think you would have needed any insulin to reach what you reached now(not that it isnt a great physic)
But insulin comes with very high risk. Which i would never feel comfortable recommending it.
Good that you know what you do. But so few are informing themself...

Your right in another 3 weeks the change should be pretty significant as long as I continue to put down this food consistently. I've known samson on here for about a year now and can safely say he knows his nutrition and how to calculate how many grams of carbs are in what so I'm just putting it out there. Insulin is not as dangerous as the internet makes it out to be believe me. Not reading the syringe right is what can be dangerous, you think you're shooting 8ius when your actually shooting 80ius which is almost the entire syringe. Research should be done and done again as to not follow any one particular advice blindly.

It's no biggie - I was pumping down tren like nothing so I don't see Slin as a much unhealthier route
But, I am taking it easy for a while. I am damn big already & have had other recent issues to deal with. My last Tren E cycle attempt really sprouted some unwanted bitch tits which I have been fighting back - which also left me feeling like crap
And I have been talking with more local "healthy" juicers. These guys really gave me a incite that I did not have before, but just heard shit about. These guys run about a 3rd of the gear I do, yet are 25+ pounds of muscle heavier. It's all genetics - not your fvcking protein intake, calorie intake or the mega ton of juice you spike down.
The fat of course is regulated by how crappy ones diet is
No more crazy saucing for me - I have also talked to the opposite, the true unhealthy juicer. One guy who was putting down 5ml of gear a day - fvck that, there is just no need. No one is paying me to cut my life span with every shot I take.

Samson i hope your not being serious mate. High doses of tren and insulin CANT EVEN BE COMPARED.
inject 10ml of tren if you like and lay on the couch it will do nothing to you, inject a tad of insulin and lay on the couch you wont ever wake up, or if your lucky be confined to a wheelchair like a fellow from my gym. That statement you blantly wrote is just unsafe.

And for a few, me included Tren doesnt do much health wise to my body besides the usual sides, i have run it a boatload of times and every bloodtest my liver, kidneys, heart etc are perfectly fine, tren has done SFA to it. Start injecting insulin and then you can compare and tell me the differences.
