Damn Matt you are taking it from both ends today brother...Im not going to comment on your current physique...I dont care what other people look like to be honest. And personally I think you shouldn't be so caught up on what your BF% is...I just go by what I look like in the mirror. I mean does it really matter what your BF% is unless you compete? I wouldn't think so personally. The only time I take my BF% into account is when I think its too high...like right now for example. But I dont worry about it...I just watch the scale every morning...as long as that number is going down every morning...im good until I get it to the number I like. The BF% will drop with weight for the most part but there is a limit.
BTW, I was looking at a previous post that you put up a pic of you at 209lbs....Your physique was better at 209 then what It looks like now IMO. More mass but still lean.
Some of these guys here do have valid points...others with 17 fvcking posts are just here to stir shit up...dont worry about them. Not here to debate your tren use or any other gear use for that matter but just remember some people ARE right...some ARE wrong...even when you dont want to hear it...just take it for what its worth and nothing else. Just trying to give you some perspective on the topic from a different view other than your own. You have given me some solid advice on my diet...just trying to return the favor. Peace out

if looking skinny is the goal, you are getting there...a few more months of starving yourself with the awful diet and eating away muscle and you will be down to that bf% you want... you will look twig skinny, but hey, thats obviously what you want...
sincy you wont drop it, change the cycle, eat like a horse and do some fukking cardio to keep bf in check.. why do you think everyone on the planet does cardio and you seem to think you dont need to???. as hardcore about your aas use as you are, eating bigger and training harder should be a walk in the park

I didnt come on here to start shit and really dont care how long u been here or how many post u have, u really are a goof capebuffalo, and your physique is not as great as how much bullshit u talk, as far as tren goes, 75mg ed or 150mg eod with a low dose of test doesnt bother me, like stated everyone reacts dif to tren, I personally sleep like a baby on tren and feel good on it
As far as eating goes I can eat a lot if I wanted too, like I said its this time of year, I libe in canada so we have nice weather for 4 months then back to cold, so why cut and get low in bf and wait to mass up innthe fall and winter, right now I am on a recomp ( maintanence cals), so still chopping the bf and gaining some size, to early to tell, another few weeks I will be able to adjust from thereLast edited by Matt007; 05-21-2014 at 06:31 PM.

I honestly dont think they can diet down or get to a lean bf %, so they get mad, post smuck, post pictures of someone else off the net, and try to make themseleves look better, they stay the same frame all year round, no dieting down, just strickly mass build
I honestly couod careless wuat I weigh, as my bf is getting lower and lower each week, more stares and compliments from people at the gym and outside the gym, more vascular, and when it comes time to bulking again I will never get past 14% bf and look a lot bigger then I was before at a higher weight and higher bf percentage, its just the way it goes, the leaner u get, the bigger u look ( illusion wise)Last edited by Matt007; 05-21-2014 at 08:21 PM.

Buddy of mine is 275 offseason, contest shape 220-225, and when he cuts up he looks obviously more impressive at 225 then 275, but some people dont get it, they want both or just wanna keep the mass with higher bf %, to each there own, been there done that, finally came to realization it was time to lean out nomatter what it took to do so

we cant see your lower half bud... no clue what you weight.. i would guess in the 175 range, but you carried a lot more weight around when you were bigger, so who knows... it was an honest question...

Wow....since when did this forum become such a flaming bash fest...I have noticed lately that people ask a simple question and members take off on them insulting them personally etc... Not saying some people don't deserve a little tongue lashing but when I see new members with no training or cycling flaming other members who have experience (whether it be an "approved" training or not...) it shows the direction this forum seems to be heading lately.
I don't know but it sure seems like people on here have been getting a little crazier than used to...

Either way, I've seen your earlier posts Matt, you look like you have less bf now than then, maybe a little muscle as well. But as with some cycles, this may be expected from what I understand. I only have experience with test, but I cruise this forum DAILY, and I think as long your happy with how you look, then the hell with all the bashin.

Matt, you need to eat more to make use of the gear because it changes your metabolism. Forget posing and juicing your high tren . Please post your diet and macros, I'm genuinely interested to see why your gains are the same as a young teenager. I'm trying to help you.

Honestly u wanna critique my physique, I'll critique yours, your back needs work, I see no trap work what so ever!, u say my arms are small, I dont see huge arms on yourself, yours legs seem to be your strong point, coming into a comp u could be leaner then what u came in at, I would say u went into the comp at 11 to 12% bf, either or u need to get leaner for comps man

Matt thank you so much for your honest assessment of my pictures. You really think my bf was 11-12%. That's awesome. I had always thought I was around 14-15%. Man you made my day. And I agree I could have been cut a little more. What would you suggest I do in the future to achieve that ripped grainy look. Again you're right my arms we a little small. But to be fair I cut fron 205 to 164. What would you suggest I do to keep more size next time if I lose 39 lbs. I'm attaching a more recent pic( last week). I think I've put a little more size on. But please again be honest. Do you think it's my diet or training style I have yet to lock down. Any advise you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Honest opinion I'd say 10-13%.
I don't think u need tren . I'm still growing off just test. Listen, I'm just saying I'm not judging you. Do what you want Matt it doesnt matter to anyone but yourself. I just think you jumped the gun on tren and you could get where you want to be on test only. Best regards.

U see, all I am saying is when u cut u are def going to drop some weight thus people will think u are smaller obviously with a shirt on, maybe that shirt isnt that tight as before lol, but in reality it has to happen as some point to chop some excess bf off in the process meanwhile people are saying u are looking more vascular and bigger and more compliments when leaner but in our minds atleast mine I always feel smaller shreded but again in reality a leaner body and more vascularity and striation creates more head turns and comments

Def understand your option I just fair out better on tren , I honestly get more sides running high test (test only), say 800mg/week, then what I do running tren, just one of the lucky ones tren doesnt effect me in bad ways or bad sides, only side I really have is the good aggressive feeling in the gym like I wanna throw weights around or drag a guy off the squat rack taking 5min inbetween sets texting and talking on his phone, those little things like that bother me more now on tren then on my cruise dose of test or people that look at u the wrong way taking the bus, just little things like that but seem to just go on with my business with putting my head down and listening to my ipod lol

Matt, for the good of your health I think you need to calm down on your dosages. You have no need to be taking the amounts that you do or even the compounds you do. I know all advice has fallen on deaf ears so far and I expect this to go the same way.
You haven't been training naturally long enough to know what works for you IMO. You appear to be using AAS as a crux. Someone mentioned you swapping one addiction for another and I agree. It's not healthy. I know this wasn't an ask for advice thread but you should really consider taking the advice provided.
Come off the gear and, either run a good pct or, go and see a doctor about your TRT. You have mentioned the cost before but you seem to have no issue buying copious amounts of potentially dangerous AAS. 200mg as a cruise is too much for you. Your bloodwork proves that with you coming out at 44 on a scale of 8-27 (from what I remember).
Again, I expect this to fall on deaf ears but I hope you realise that experienced people just don't want you to hurt yourself.
