    10-12% I'll take. I didn't really have a goal in mind, more so just a comfortable/maintainable 'walk-around' body fat.

Thanks for the input. Greatly appreciate.

And yeah DJ, tons of time in the chair. And sadly, still got quite a bit more to go.

    I would say 10%

Btw, is your arm full black or there are some motives as well?

If u don't mind asking, why did u choose this kind of tattoo? Never saw anything like that...

Solid black. The piece continues onto my back and chest and (eventually) my stomach and neck. It will have more breaks and geometry once its completed.

I've always been a fan of extreme blackwork tattoos. I like the way they can shape the body. Just something different that separates me more from the now trendy tattoos. When I first started getting tattooed, it was still taboo and associated with criminals, bikers and rebels. Now everybody and their mother have them.

A lot of people assume they are coverups. Technically, I had a few small tattoos that got covered up in the process, but not because I wanted them gone. Thanks for asking.

    Very unique tats.

What is the time period between the first shot at high body fat and the two low ones?

I am big fan of tattoos, even tho I still don't have one

Never heard of extreme blackwork, just googling it now and some of them look pretty good, some are too much IMO.

Good luck with your goals bud!

Not sure of any measurements. Start weight was 210, currently at 204-5.

Thanks. I'm finishing up a low to moderate cycle of test p, tren a and npp @210mg each a week. I threw the npp in there because of joint discomfort.

That's great progress. Would you mind posting up what your food looks like in a typical day during that 3 months?

It varies some. I don't plan each meal. Some meals are bigger than others sometimes. I eat based on current hunger making sure I hit my macros and caloric goal for the day.

I generally get 4 meals in a day. No protein powders.

    Combinations of these foods -
Protein - Eggs, Egg Whites, White Fish, Ground Beef (96/4 or 92/8), Ground Turkey (93/7) and occasionally chicken.

Carbs - (on carb days) Brown or Jasmine Rice, Couscous, Red Skin Potatoes, Quinoa, Ezekiel Bread (sometimes).

(On low carb days) - lots of mixed veggies, peas, asparagus, cauliflower, etc.

Fats - Aside from animal fats and egg yolks, coconut oil, raw cashew or almond butter, full fat cheese.

Condiments / extras - cayenne pepper, salsa, Tabasco sauce (sometimes).

I also eat bacon whenever we have it. I eat fairly plain, but its all foods I enjoy. I will re-feed at calorie maintenance whenever I feel my body needs it.

My Avatar is me when I was in Thailand last year. I was 65 then. Never been on roids but was trying Andriol Testocaps and my body weight droped from 145 to 138. Have no idea what my bf was. Been thinking about buying one of those bf scales ... are they accurate? Also I just started a TRT protocol with a specialist. He said My Free T was down to 2 and he wants to get it up to 25 or 30. I have been lifting for almost 53 years now. My one and only addiction.
