This is what it's all about brother!

You don't need fancy pills or surgeries to get to where nature intended.

Just some cardio and discipline in the kitchen.

    Congrats!!!

You know everyone, literally everyone including my dr had told me that if I lost the weight my metabolism would build up and I would never put the weight on that easily again .... I tested there theory by slowing down my regimen and working out 3 days week and having 2 cheat days a week .... In one month I put on about 14 lbs of fat :/ ... I knew after that month I had to be in for a life if I wanted to stay fit ... Some people are naturally skinny, some people are naturally overweight and some people have abs and built without never lifting a finger.

The key to my cardio was always try to run outside if it was possible. Being overweight I was obviously somewhat of a lazy person. So if I was running at the gym on the treadmill I could easily quit running after 20 minutes and that was that. When you run outside if you get 2 or 3 miles from your house you can't just quit, you still have to go back haha.

I also noticed that when I was heavier I lost the weight more easily. So when I hit a plateau where I wasn't loosing weight for 2 weeks at time. I would strap on a 50lb weight vest and run with it ... The plateau would be crushed by my body thinking I was 50lbs heavier.

This is exactly why I joined this forum. It's crap to go pay 300$ a month at gym for a trainer to tell people how to loose weight or gain muscle when he/she has never had to go through loosing tons of weight. Now they might know the theories and science behind on how too but they can't truly know how it feels to be there in that spot. Here you are dealing with people who actually had to experience the same thing your trying to achieve.

Man I was worried !!!! Right when is could see me top 4 abs I was still sagging little belly ... I was pissed !!! Then I read somewhere loose that last 5 land avd it will tighten up I'm some cases. I got lucky and it sure did ... The plan was if it didn't to treat it like a deflated ballon. Feel up with something .... Muscle

    Huge congrats brother.

I got down to 8%BF or less, and lets just say I was not as fortunate as yourself.

In fact I am getting ready to go for a consult on a tummy tuck/chest lift right now.

Awesome job. Keep it up. I like the deflated balloon analogy. I thought the same thing when I cut.

Glad u were able to prove them wrong

The first 50 came off easily, I guess because my body was so shocked I was not playing video games and then I hit a plateau for about 3 weeks ... I went to gnc looking for a fat burner and relizes I was to broke and they weren't that good of salesman. At that point I just started reading everything I good and thank goodness I have a good eye for bs .... So I decided I lost the weight so fast when I weighed 300lbs ... I'll weigh 300lbs again and I bought a weight vest !!!!

I did take multi vitamins and fish oils and chromium though !!! But I didn't realize the importance of diet until the last 20lbs.

It's easy to loose weight just have that size weight you want .... It's hard to have that body that you want others to look at you wish they had !!! That's that last 20lbs !!!

But as of now I think most fat burners are a waste of money and over priced brandings.
I have ran a few prohormones this past year testing the waters but now doing test e ( best bang for my buck ) 5 pins in as of now

Sorry this post is all over the place ... Not great with wording

Either way bro, you made a hell of a change

    That's good shit for sure

And like you mentioned, srsly - just test will blow any over the counter crap out of the water

Later on throughout your juicing career, look into Masterone - It will help a bit with skin tightning

Whenever you do run it, understand everything possible that can happen. Have all of your shit on hand if it does happen

And start with a low dose - Run ace, fvck tren e - just didn't settle well with me at least. Yet, I can run close to a g of tren ace & still be in one piece < this is after a lot of fine tunning

So far, tren ace & test are my favorite injetcables

Cool ... I plan on doing a few test e cycles before trying anything else ... Probably will always stick to 1 or 2 weekly injections ... Everyday doesn't sound appeasing to me ... I hate needles ... Only reason I don't have tats

I was worried about it but then once I got to certain point it tightened up ... Tanning bed helps tighten as well .... Around belly button is only part little loose .... I would always just put aloe Vera and and lotion and go tan

Great job, almost a different person between going from 225lbs to 215lbs.

Just curious, at which point was this weight-loss 'enhanced'?

There where multiple points ... I hit plateaus at different points ... I just wish I would have taken more pics through out the process .... I never really tried to gain a lot of muscle I was just lifting and running ... I gained a lot muscle towards the end which I would presume is the huge diff I'm pics but only 10lbs diff ... But when I wanted full abs fully ... I lots tons of muscle and fat at same time ... Now I know a lot more about keeping muscle and burning fat and eating correctly ...

As for looking different ... This was my favorite part ... I was huge in high school always a bigger guy ... 2 years ago went class reunion ... Nobody had a clue who I was except a few people who have seen me at gym

I do not know why I never thought of that. According to this study, a vest weighing 15% of bodyweight increased calorie burn while walking by 12%. Weighted Vest Increases Walking Workout Calorie Burn - Prevention.com

Interesting ... It just kinda made since in head before. Probably better than any fat burner I ever used. When I cut nowadays the best is still the best option. Makes me quicker too. Walk 3 miles with 50lbs strapped to you, then take it off and running is so much easier lol.

You should become a trAiner dude. You can relate with the people we need to reach as trainers. You went from short life expectancy to a very healthy weight. Good job. This is really inspiring.
