My avatar is from a cut about 3 months ago. These pics were taken 11/14/14. Going to do an eca stack if I choose to start. Thanks so much for your input guys!

I'm at 3900 cals right now. 162 right now up from 157 from my last cut. Seriously. 3900 calories a day. I don't like being fat.

You're crazy skinny. It will be OK to add some fat if you're gaining muscle at the same time. Then, just diet away the fat and keep the muscle.

you need to bulk again. Putting on the muscle is harder than shedding the extra BF you gain while bulking unless you're eating WAY too much.

I add in 100 cals every time I stop gaining a pound a week. Everything is exactly the same every day. Ill be at 4000 next week if I continue bulking. Can I still use my primatine as a preworkout substitute or something?

Decent physique for sure - but, you need mass, IMO at least

We seem to have the opposite problem - wish I could have both, lean as fvck and big as hell

What would be your motivation for doing that? You aren't going to be losing fat while eating in a big surplus anyway... If i were you i would worry more about gaining strength and size and making sure i'm getting AT LEAST 1g protein per lb of mass and increasing it accordingly during your bulk. If you are afraid of gaining any fat or losing definition on your abs then you aren't keeping your eyes on the big picture.

Once you add size and muscle and you decide you want to cut down, you will be able to cut down to a higher weight then you did in your last cut and be about the same conditioning just with more size. Especially since you haven't reached your natural potential for growth yet.

Have some people help you with your diet in that section so that you can bulk while gaining the least amount of fat possible, and gaining size at the fastest pace you are able to.

My protein is always at least a gram per pound and my fat is always at least 50 grams. What your describing is a dirty bulk, which I've done in the past. There really is no need to gain more than 1-2 lbs per week on a bulk. More fat does not equal more muscle. Leanness doesn't have to be lost on a bulk bro. But good advice man, I really do appreciate your help keep it up.

more fat does mean your forsure in calorie surepuls though, and it doesnt need to be an extreme dirty bulk, but a bulk with alot of food, sway your pendulum more to extra food so you can get better results and then cut a bit . I would say you should bulk for a while. save the cutter supps for another time.

I agree with Davidtheman, your diet may not be your problem but your training could be.

what Dave said, you may want to look at your training and techniques, not sure how intense/heavy you train but if you can lift more weights with less reps you can add some pounds. and based on your avi I know you can up your cals and not worry about getting fat. how tall are you?

5'10" 162 lbs. I train as close to complete positive failure as I can every set, 4-5 exercises per muscle group, as many sets as I want (always more than 3) with a drop set as the last one. Every muscle group twice a week. I've made more progress than I ever had training this way. Back bis, legs calves, chest tris shoulders, repeat.

When I started lifting I was 125lbs. I actually graduated from highschool at 125lbs at 5'6.5" tall. I remember when I started lifting and hitting 150lbs. I felt like I was a monster. I'm not just over 205lbs. and had my 20 year high school reunion a week ago. It was so funny seeing people go crazy over how great I looked and all the women were touching my arms and chest and butt. Wish I had that back in H.S.

Although, I didn't touch gear until I was at 185lbs. I was there for years and couldn't get over that weight. I'm also not trying to be a huge mass monster as I like to be between 200-215ish.

I'm currently on that small man grind, will be very proud to hit 170 as I was with 135 then 160, started at 110 and I'm back down to 150 atm. Hoping to hit 170 end of next year.

Have you spent most of your time bodybuilding as lean as possible? You may be holding yourself back by worrying about how lean you stay.

As natty as a wwe superstar lol. I'm really into my weight and height. I'm like these guys, I refuse to become a huge mass monster as its not a look I was ever really into. Also the ladies I'm into aren't into it either.

I'm fine at 6ft 185-200. The only thing I'm working on to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle now is my shoulders and arms. Once I add that on my next cycle I'll be fitness model esq to the girls and will have reached my life long goal. I know every time we look in mirror we think something is wrong and needs change. But just remember to girls on the street and guys we look perfect and they would kill to look like us. Theres some guy sitting at his computer wishing he looked like you allkindsofgains. As a person who minored in psychology from a division 1 NCAA school, I can tell you we all have this disorder so just be weary of it ahead of time.

But yeah if you got to 180 you would really looks awesome and very similar to myself as you have a very similar build. You are much more lean from when I started, so when the time comes I know of an awesome cycle that would really turn you into a fitness model/ladies dream.

Heres myself pre summer with a beautiful chinese and italian girl. Pictures don't do her justice. But expect the world to be thrown at you when you add that 20 pounds of muscle over the years. Just be humble about it, and you will literally have the girls at your finger tips with a body like that.

You really do remind me of myself, so if you need a mentor on this board I will take you under my wings. I have mentored 1 other person in my life, and they now have a full time modeling career in Hollywood. From long island to hollywood. Look him up. Joseph Cataldi (Italian stud with abs of steel, and some of the hottest women I've ever seen pulled) I'm sicilian myself, so the tan skin doesn't hurt lol.

To be honest yes. My face is the worst part. My cheeks blow up when I add in too many carbs, and I hate that, so I have been lean gaining for the majority of my training career. Do you mind me asking if there's a point where I would be ok to begin cycling? As far as hitting a certain weight or level of build? That would give me something to really work toward. I really don't think I am going to wait until I am 25 to begin cycling. So maybe if I had a goal to hit natural?

I think modeling would be awesome! Thanks for your support. When do you think would be a good time for me to begin cycling? Age and the weight/build I should be before I begin?

Well the thing is with modeling you have to have the face for it, unless you want to fitness model or underwear. I'm more into face modeling with beach attire, or mens suits. I think you are almost ready, I'd say put on 10 pounds naturally and then give it a go. You want to make sure to clean bulk though as you have a solid frame to maintain abs while cycling. Def skip the Eca stack, as it would be pointless. Add 5-10 pounds naturally, then I would consider the first cycle I did. 125mg Test P EOD for 8 weeks, Dbol ed 40mg for first 3-4 weeks (strength and mass jump start). Arimadex .25mg eod through out. And a basic PCT .

You can even include Anavar your last 3 weeks at 50-80mg ed. But being your first cycle, I wouldn't stack more then 2 AS. You can even sub the Prop for Sust. It just depends on what kind of gains your looking for.

Prop gives me such little side effects so It is always used as my base. I love it. With Dbol it works wonders for me. It keeps your muscle mass so hard looking, and the gains are all kept. Sust can be a bit watery, but the mass and strength from it are intense. Just be sure to stay away from winstrol . I did a winstrol and test-E cycle before football season (NCAA is a joke with drug testing) and I went to defend a simple post route and heard my joints crunch, and I collapsed. I had to be carried off the field. The sound my joints made I will never forget.
