Here is another pic. I hope this gives a better idea of where I am. I have only done two small cycles and I am currently coming to the end of the second. I used sust and EQ for only eight weeks. I only ran 250 of sust with 300 EQ. I am happy with the gains I have made and will try to cut down naturally after Christmas. Thanks!

Thanks for the response . I have not made huge weight gains, only about 10 pounds but I feel they are quality pounds. I probably would gain more but I just can't eat that much. I am happy with the results so far seeing as how my cycle was so light. My stats are
6'
208 lbs
just turned 29 on 11/30.
