    What do you think?

    This is with a pump and also flexing a bit too.
    Have never done a cycle ever.


    Areas of weakness/improvement?
    Would a cycle take me far?

    Honestly ?? Tighten diet up, get down to less than 15% bf.

    Work on delts lats and traps to give broader shoulders.

    Agree! The lower you are the better results will be! Arms and delts give an appearance of being bigger than you really are! You've got a decent foundation to build upon naturally! Diet as FQ stated is when the real magic happens! And for chest hit incline first then flat then decline, it's built a better bottom shelf and top for me

    I wouldn't worry about weaknesses yet. Just need to focus on the process of getting more muscle and less bodyfat. I would also hold off on cycling for a while.

    I agree with Seoinage, just focus on getting leaner and more muscle. Fine tuning can come later.
