    An 8 year transformation

Just looking through some old holiday albums and came across the time when I decided to start training. I was on holiday in Ibiza and there was a huge guy in the club dancing round with his shirt off, he looked like Rambo and i said to my best friend im going to look like that one day. Remembering back he wasnt that huge but to us he was. When i returned home i bought myself a bench and weights etc and started training at home, after 4 weeks i loved it, it was my only hobby.

Here is me 8 years on from that decision, there is actualy only 5 years of training here as i lost a year due to injury and 2 years since my wife got pregnant and i stopped training to work long hours to provide.

So its an 8 year change but 5 of those years ive trained. Made some wrong decisions a long the way, namely diet, going clubbing too much etc but now im a lot more mature and have a family, and a forum such as this to help me, i see nothing but improvements a head.

My goals are 205lbs 10% bodyfat

Im around 135lbs on the left pic
Im around 200-205lbs 16% bodyfat on the right pic

So effectively i need to stay the weight i am now and lose 6% fat
I think losing 14lbs of fat and putting 14lbs of muscle on to replace that is where i want to be.

Awesome work brother! 70+ pounds and a lower BF. If you are going to do a recomp be patient, take measurements before you start and take weekly photos. I have been doing this for the last 3 months and would be pretty discouraged if I didn't have those things to look at. It is slow progress but I'm not sure it is really longer than bulking and keeping 14 pounds of muscle and then cutting.

    Nice job, man!

I'm 5'8. In 2009, I was a very fat 251 lbs. This morning I was 195.0 lbs. I'm currently bulking and will begin PCT in December. After PCT, I'm going to cut for five months (I was not sub 15% when I started, 17-18%). After my cut, I plan to make similar post.

    Again, good job, bro!

I do think that, and also in those 5 training years, ive never took the diet serious like i do now, kind of just ate what i wanted.

Just trying to be patient and blast through my 3 months off cycle, cant wait to hit the test and deca

Thanks MrFresh, i will update my tren e test e log on how pct goes, i suspect it will go fine, usualy by the end of a cycle i feel ready for pct, this time round i feel id recover without one (which i would never consider doing or would do, im just saying thats how minimum the sides have been)

Are you considering doing blood test after PCT or not?

I never have done, but being older and more sensible now im considering it, even though i feel fine and normal i get paranoid some bad news will come back lol, how long after PCT is it recommended to get them done?

The protocol is 4-6 weeks after pct.
I am really interested to see your blood panel.
As long as you don't have any sides,i guess you're ok bro.

If the rule of thumb is time on + pct = time off
And you do a 12 week cycle, should you not be getting bloods done 18 weeks after last shot of gear flr an acurate reading, 4 weeks after pct seems pretty soon

I suspect i have naturaly low test, before my first ever cyce 6 years ago i was never feeling like i had a high natural test, sometimes lethargic, lack of interest in sex, ever since my first cycle it has improved, inbetween cycles i have noticed an increase in test as well

The other reason why i believe i have low natural test is i responded well to 250mg, sex drive up a lot etc, if thats a standard trt dose to make people feel normal im under the impression my natural test levels are on the lower side

Considering libido,i did blood tests 7 months ago,my total test was 6.2 ng/ml (range 2.2-10.5 ng/ml),so im in the middle, but my libido all the time is through the roof,by that i mean every minute i think of sex lol,in the extreme side..
I think we can't judge test levels by libido, other stuff plays a role in libido.

I see, like diet and exercise for example ive noticed when im eating well and training well ut goes up

I used to be a big weed smoker (at some of the imes i was referring to in my last post) that could have also had an effect.

Im more than likely going to get bloods done its just a shame i cant compare them to pre cycle, im not really going to know if i have recoovered?

250/wkly is on the very high side of HRT - usually 125-200

No but gonja is detrimental to your natural test production - get bloods 6-8 wks after pct and tho you don't have anything to go on from b4 you'll get a good idea of where you'll be...
    Best Tax!
