    Follow my progress.

I'm currently 20 and have been training out on-and-off for couple years now. I've decided to start tracking my diet, routine and progress.
This thread is going to consist of primarily my weekly progress pictures.
Feel free to chime in on anything!

Right now my goal is to try to eat at maintenance and start building a foundation.
You can tell that I do lift weights because I've been doing some strength training for awhile, however I want to start building my physique now.

In the pictures from Week 1 I wasn't flexing, however in these I am. I figure I'll start flexing from now on, as I feel it will help to show my bodies changes a bit more.

The only supplements I am taking is Fish Oil, Vitamin D3 and a multi-vitamin. I drink some 0 calorie drinks and I make sure to drink a gallon of water a day.
Diet is "flexible", however I am counting calories.
Besides this, I'll upload another pic in a week.

I'm not being too strict yet. Last week I ate around 2400 calories a day, making sure I got in at least 170g protein. The rest I filled in with veggies, oatmeal or rice. Christmas day I ate pretty much whatever though.

This week I think I might bump up the calories to 3000 and see how my body reacts...
I need to start meal prepping but I'm way too lazy right now lol

For sure man, I will give it a check. I work a 9-5 that lets me eat at my desk whenever so I need to stop putting it off.

So eating 500-600 calories over maintenance for only one week and I already feel fat as ****...
On top of that, this week there is no change in appearance. Let's hope next week is better.
