One years progress (if you can call it that)

Just a couple pictures, one year apart. Weight on the scale hasn't changed. Arm diameter hasn't changed (much).

On trt. One blast. I don't live the lifestyle, i just enjoy lifting. I guess that's why there hasn't been much change.

Critique is always welcome. I know the pic isn't much though. Click image for larger version.

What pic is the before pic? Left or right?

One pic the arm looks leaner and one pic the arm looks bigger.

A full body comparison pic would have been better lol

Your weight is the same probably because you have gained muscle but dropped fat

It looks much better now, so well done.

Id suspect after a year you could have gained more though, is your diet dialled in?

If you dont live the lifestyle but just enjoy a bit of lifting then why blast? Your probably good to just stick at your TRT dose if your not living the lifestyle/taking it too serious

Congratulations man. Your traps look better for sure! Probably because of your bf% dropping like everyone else has said.

Old on the left new on the right.

TTM, by living the lifestyle i mean diet mostly. I stick to a lifting regimen pretty religiously. During the spring and summer, i have to cut down on the lifting due to some sports i participate in.

Lately I've put a lot more effort into the diet. I think it shows in the pictures. But i still drink beer, still eat pizza. . I'll likely never get to 10% bf.. but I'm making improvements.

    Body fat % estimates?

I personally consider myself around 14%. I don't train abs at all which explains the absence of definition there

your probably a little higher then that but you have made great progress. Congrats brother. You have a great foundation. I don't train and at all either and keep them year round. I make my abs in the kitchen by keeping the good clean and staying lean

Good results. Definitely leaner. Dial your diet in a little more and keep going!

usually at 15% you barley see your abs, i don't see abs so i'd say around 17-18%
