im 23 yo and i wrote me height above.im 1.73m so 5,67".im currently doing bigger bu the day,rich pianna's programm.my diet is something like that.
breakfast: oatmeal banana 4 eggs 1 protein shake
meal 2 and 4 its the same:1kg chicken breast and 300g of carbs.the majority comes from basmati rice.
meal 3:2 toasts with whole bread turkey gouda with low fat and 1 apple and a salad
meal 5:2 shakes of protein 1 banana and some peanut butter
meal 6:greek yogurt with some almonds skimm milk and 1 shake

How do you like Rich Pianna's program? It looks a little crazy haha! But then again I can't complain if there are great results!

wait hold up... 1kg of chicken breast for meals 2 and 4???? so 2 kg of chicken total???? for a total of 70 0z's??? I'm not sure this is right. and if you're really eating this much chicken I'm sure you don't even need the aas
