Nutrition is low carbs most of the week at around 130g and below and then Saturdays I go high carb at around 300g and add in one big cheat meal. On low carb days I consume the carbs around my workout time and the rest of the day is protein and healthy fats. So about 300g of protein per day.

How can you stay focused with only 130g carbs and below? Don't you get dizzy? tired? fatigue? low energy? Can you lift more weights with such a small amount of carbs? What about food cravings? don't you get them? I don't know how you get along with the nutrition but the reason im asking is because I had all those symptoms when I was eating 110g carbs a day

The first week or so of low carb sucked but by body started to adjust to it and now it's just part of what I do. As long as I keep my carb intake around my workout times I don't get fatigued during my workouts. I definitely get food cravings but I know that I'll be able to reward myself on Saturday so that usually does the trick.

Thanks bro curious as to how many fat grams and what forms. Im guessing below 80g and fishoil, whole eggs, nuts, pb if you dont mind sharing

Yeah usually under 80g and its made up of eggs with the most Omega -3s, I use macadamia nut oil and olive oil to cook my meat with and also occasionally put a bit in my protein shakes. Almonds (I'm careful with nuts though due to the high calories) and almond butter. And of course on my cheat day I take in a decent amount of saturated fats.

As soon as I wake up I make my egg whites and make pancakes out of 2 scoops of Rich Piana's real food which is about 40g of carbs. I then wait about 2 hours to go lift and once my workout is finished I'll drink my post workout shake which has protein and about 40-50g of waxy maize carbs. I then wait about 60-90 minutes t have my post workout meal which lately has been another 2 scoops of the "real food" along with a whole egg and egg whites. After those meals the rest of my day consists of eating chicken/steak salads, lean ground beef etc. I also buy Carb Master tortillas from Smiths to make the occasional burrito. They only contain 4g of net carb per tortilla.

Also even those who advocate dnp use use the term 'poke holes in the mitochondria'. I don't know about you but I want to keep my energy centres hole free....
