Thanks bro, means a lot. No plans, I couldn’t even imagine what it takes to step on a stage regardless of the level of the competition. Maybe one day I’ll be inspired to step into a masters class but for now I’m in it for the vanity and to feel strong and empowered!

Nice. If you don’t mind I’m interested in how you do.

Do you do the typical cycle/pct or b&c?

Also what was your first cycle and what was your best cycle?

My first 4 cycles were just test only. 500 for 12 weeks and then PCT. when I turned 41 (44 now) I started TRT and have run 1-2 cycles a year. I tried tren for the first time 2 years ago and my first run with it at 400 a week was probably my most impressive. Sides were a mofo though but stuck it out. I’ve never tried more than 2 compounds at a time until a month ago and I added Mast P into a TRT/400 tren cycle when I got my BF% below 10. So far so good, mostly what I’ve noticed is I’m much dryer and it’s been friendly for the bedroom too. I was hung up on bulking for so long but the eating was draining and as I’ve gotten a little older, I appreciate the definition and vascularity approach, but it’s a love hate, because the mass achievements with test are so much fun too but come with some other issues such as the food intake and feeling blocky. I do think I’d like to try a Deca run though for my joints and for some mass after summer

Will post some pics again after I wrap up this cycle (200 test E, 400 tren E and 300 Mast P for 10 weeks). Been trying to lean out and focus on building chest, lats and slowing down my traps. More symmetry I guess). I’ll be honest though, underestimated my travel schedule for work, how drained I get from flying and airports and being disciplined in the kitchen whilst on the road. Been steady but had some slacker moments already for sure. Wanting to make sure I’m not wasting the opportunity and the cycle.

Love coming on here for motivation though and seeing others who continue to burn the candle at both ends

    Hell of a journey.

I lifted a lot in my late 20's and early 30's, but then went through life out of the gym for just under 20 years. I've already past my younger size and about the same strength though over 50 now.

I'm hoping this first cycle I'm a week into leads me to a solid 225lbs....of course I know I'll then want more and I'll blame you with these dam pics
