    Comparision

    Here is a comparison of my pre cycle pics and week 10 pics....I only seem to see alot of weight gain...lost the tone I had....but that was to be expected on a bulk cycle... I think you guys were right, I should not have gone for the big gain on a bulk cycle. Now I will have to work my ass to get back down near 200 and get the diet straightened out.

    My Plan

    Hey guys,

    I got talking with an old friend the other day and he made me think hard about what my goals are. After talking we agreed that my goal is to keep a cut defined muscular body througout most of the year. I don't want to be huge freaky, just big, but defined with abs. So here is my plan for the next half year:

    Post Cycle (now) -February: I will continue on my bulking diet that has been working for me during this cycle. I believe that I have put on a substantial amount of muscle during this cycle and just need to lose the water and a bit of fat before I can really see it.

    February-April: I will start to cut in late Feb. I will up my cardio from the maintainence level 20 mins I am doing now to at least 40-50 mins a day...intense cardio too. I will try to drop as much fat as possible.

    April-End of Summer: I will probably then start a cutting cycle of Clen , ECA and I have some Primo laying around too. (Any thoughts on what else to add, let me know) I hope this cycle will help my lean out while adding a small amount of muscle. I would hope to be down into the 190's with a BF of somewhere near 10% by this time.

    Next Fall or Winter-Maybe another bulk cycle, but it will depend on what happens over the spring/summer.

    Let me know what you think of my plan....please provide any thoughs or criticism.

    Thanks man...my arms are a full 17inhces but I just don't get the peak on them like I want. I guess I gotta try something new with them.

    Bud of mine is saying I should start Clen next week and run for the next 6-8 weeks (2 on/2 Off). Should I go for it? How is the liquid clen. If Im gonna do it, I need to order ASAP, so would appreciate quick feedback?

    you have put on some size over this cycle. myself i would just keep eating clean and run one more bulking cycle before i go for the cutting cycle. but again that is j/m/o

    Cool...I would like to know if anyone else thinks I should bulk again or cutt. If I bulk I could start again in January , finish by March and then cut for the summer...Im lost...give me some guidance

    Biggerbri, excellent job brotha. You made a pretty visible and outstanding transformation. I hope now you will learn from your mistakes you may have or may have not made on your first cycle. I know for me my first, which Im in now, is a learning experience. I think though you should go at it natty for a while with a strict diet, then switch to the usage of aas again. You have the frame now, you just need to tweak and modify it. Good luck and Good job.

    So far one person saying I should do one more bulk, and one person saying I should go natural for awhile, diet down and then start back up.

    Going natural was my orginal plan. Diet down for about the next 6 months and then start a nice solid cut/hardening cycle.

    More thoughts?

    Here is what I was recommend

    1-4 dbol 30mg/ed
    1-10 Test Enan 500mg/wk
    1-13 EQ 600 mg/wk
    11-16 prop 100mg/ed
    11-16 winny 50mg/ed
    11-16 tren 75mg/ed

    Today was the start of my final week of my first cycle. Did my 1cc shot of Test Ent today. My quad injections are so easy now. Only problem I get is some stiffness and loss of flexibilty but very little pain anymore. Was playing with the idea of trying a BI injection today, but decided not too.

    Anyway, as most of you have been reading I had now thinking about cycle #2. Getting lots of ideas and I will do alot better this time around.

    Also, ordered my clen that I will be running post cycle for the next few months. Then I will go into my next cycle sometime in January after my vacation.

    Final thing, remember I told you about someone finding out about my AS use, well they still are against me using, but seemed to have calmed down about it. Now they even said, "well you have to finish what you on now, so why not" Since they know, I really don't have a problem doing more (although they told me not to do more after this cycle). Now they are aware and it won't come as a shock if they find my gear or something. It feels good to have the truth out and now I can deal with it better.

    I agree with Talon...It look likes you learned from your mistakes and finished your cycle off strong...Finally see some good results. I agree with the natural approach of bulking in the winter and then start up a cutting cycle for the summer. You have the base now, dont lose it....

    Why dont you try jumpstarting your cycle with prop...unless you adsolutely loved d-bol....It looks like a good cutter exept the d-bol...what are you lookin' for this cycle and I can give you an idea...

    Im not gonna lie, I have not researched AS's as I feel like I have a lot further to go natural. It looks good as you are bulking at first and then the final weeks are cutting Test's but I really have no idea, a question better placed in the Steroid Section.

    I really think that one of the most anabolic things out there is food!! Look at andre's work....If you hold off your next cycle for 5-6 months I feel like with a proper bulking diet you could put on at least 20-30 lbs of mass, with at least half of it being quality. You'll look "fatter" but you'll have more mass and then you'll look even better when you cut it up with the second cycle. It is my opinion but as I stated I'm learning just like you!! PM the knowledgable members like Mass Junkie, Big Texan, or some other Vets around here and Im sure they would help you.

    Food is the 'magic' substance... honestly! I asked Bri about his diet earlier... it looks pretty good, but there is probably some room for improvement... just like in almost everyone's diet

    I would say hold off on the cycle under you hit some sort of a natural plateau... I have been lifting for 6 years and have yet to hit it. AS is very tempting, but I am doing my best to resist the temptation...

    Thanks for the opinions. I felt that I did reach a plateu with workouts. I have been going strong now for 7 years and have mixed things up with diet and routines several times during that period...nothing ever seemed to cause any great gains. That is why I turned to the AS now. I am 30 and felt that I was ready.


    The cycle above I beleive will help me put on some more mass and the cutt in the last several weeks, so I will be ready for tanks and no shirts at all in the summer!

    I will keep working on my diet too, as I agree it does need some work.

    You know its weird but it seems like my cycle only kicked in during the last 3 weeks....noticeable strenght gains, body looks much better, and more pronounced sides like acne (got two nasty face zits) and night sweats.

    Just thought I would share that with you.

    Did my last injection today It's a sad day...but there is always another cycle!. Anyway, since I will be doing Test Prop in my next cycle, I decided to do BI Injections today (gotta get used to shooting every muscle). They were really easy for me. Felt completly different than any other inject I have done so far. BI's are a little sore now and sure they will be more later on.

    Anyway...thanks for all of the help during the last 11 weeks. I will finish up with some pics in a few days. Working on my next cycle and this is what it will be:

    1-4 dbol 30mg/ed
    1-10 Test Enan 500mg/wk
    1-13 EQ 600 mg/wk

    I would lower the EQ to 400mg unless it QV EQ which is a bit underdosed..

    Hey guys,

    First full week of Post Cycle here....Feeling good and had a great chest workout today.

    Starting PCT in a few weeks along with my CLEN . Hope to shed a few lbs from water and fat that I have put on. Still at 222lbs ....I assuming I will fall down to somewhere in the high 200's once I start Clen and Clomid.

    Can't wait to start again in Late January...this one will be lots of fun.
