Key-- Lots of leg work, im not a gym rat that comes in and does arms 5 times a week, i cant stand those guys. I work on the whole package. Thanks for the input.

Throw some forearm work into your arm work out. You've got nice delts and triceps. But no set of arms is complete without the real guns.
