Before pic
This taken before any cycles about a year ago, I have no recent pics but I am not that far off from what you see. Maybe add about 15-19 pounds. in that pic I am 6'2" 177, body fat is hovering somewhere around 8.0%.
My chest is the hardest thing to get growing, I need some advice on how to better develope my chest as well as legs.

imo its genetic, just try different reps and sets with flyes and presses, not much u can do about it

Do a lot of bench both bar and free weights. Switch it up with reps and days of the weeks.

hit the chest with a lot of flat and incline barbell presses.

open up with heavy inclines and low reps on all presses and 6-10 reps on flyes. beat the shit outta your chest as well as all other body parts. put chest in early in the week.

I have the same problem...just keep hitting it and hit it hard...I do 2 pressing exercises and 2 flye movements every workout keeping reps in the 6-10 range and getting some forced reps GO HEAVY!!!
