My competition pics
Hi all, finally plucked up the courage to post some pics so here goes...
The following pictures are taken from my competition just 2 weeks ago. It was my first competition and i had intended to gain experience(thats all i thought i could get with a poor physique). However, surprisingly(to myself and of course to everyone), i came in third.
BTW, its an under 21 juniors welterweight cat that im participating in. that'll help you recover from your shocks.
My BF% was unknown, my guess was around 8%, what do you guys think?
Of course, all critiques welcomed, no hard feelings.

My picture ~8 months back
I was exactly the same weight as i was than but obviously with a higher bf% and also water retention

What was your secret to putting on that much mass in such a little time? any gear?

yea... did a total of 15 weeks, used thai dbol , sustanon and deca , i ran dbol through the 15 weeks, but only ran sustanon & deca for 5 weeks. hadn't had any sources to information on cycling till i came to know of AR which is when im about to finish my final weeks of the cycle.
Dieting wasnt strict, ate whatever i wanted, other than keeping sodium levels down. 300g or more of protein a day. Thats about it.
I train hard, taking only 1 day rest in 2 weeks at most, sometimes none.

dizzamn you ran dbol 15 weeks? have you taken any kind of liver protectant? lookin good btw.

regretted not getting to learn of AR first before i started both of these cycles. wise would have done more research first.

yo dude your from singapore? i'm from singapore too!!!! but i'm only 14 lol still have lots of years to go be4 i should enter the comp! so how was the competition? whats the average standard of the pple there and did many of them juice too?

hi king, the comp was a great experience. the standard is pretty average, or i'ld got kicked out even before the qualifiers lol
as for juicers amongst the juniors, yea, almost half of them

Great job bro. If I could suggest, concentrate on bringing the vascularity up in your legs, and also work on your traps and lats. That will make all the difference in the world! Also, you spoke about working out for a long period of time with heardly any rest. If I may REST is what makes you big mate. Let those muscles rest so you get the most out of them and your gear. Take care.
