Thanks alot guys, like I said I'll get some pics up here ASAP even though I don't want to cuz I'm a bit smaller then alot of you around here. Thanks, my traps are my best body part I think, worst being legs. and 2nd best being shoulders. I might as well throw some stats out there so I'm like 200 lbs, 5'11, natural with 16 inch arms maybe 15% BF even tho I really don't know, thats just a guess. (told you small but growing). Tomorrow I'll see if I can get some pics to put up... thanks again!
