Just a pic of my lil boy who brings me so much joy and I hope to one day see him take up weight lifting and love it as much as I do!!! Maybe im crazy...........but he's very strong for just turning 1..........He amazes me everyday.............and I cant leave out his twin sister either.....lol

Well, Im sure your going to hear the arguing through the years, big guy, cause they are the same age, with no difference. Like me and my sister used to argue like cats and dogs, but the parents grow to love it.....LOL

That's cute bro. I got a niece/nephew on the way and I love little kids. You're a lucky bro to have two healthy children, when it comes down to it you should count your blessings (especially nowadays) that you've been blessed with two healthy kids.

I'm keeping my kids SOOOOO FAR away from steroids and hardcore weight lifting. Cute kids though.... need some work on their delts and traps, other than that, lookin swole.

Well theres nothing wrong with physical fitness and I intend on instilling that in them at an early age...........As for steroids he can make that own decision for himself once he's old enough...... and if he does choose to take that route I hope there will be a platform like this where he can come too and learn about it and make an educated decision about it.

I don't really consider hardcore weightlifting/body building a healthy lifestyle choice. It's taxing on the heart, carrying extra body weight is dangerous etc... natural or not.

The same can be said for any other sport. (Gymnastics... Football) with all sports there is a risk of permanent injury.
