What are your arm and chest measurements?

Thanks for all the nice comments guys. Bask-My arms measure 18" cold and chest is about 48" cold...both flexed of course. The time between the top 2 pics and the bottom pic was 1 week but I could tell a big difference in hardness. When traveling, I always take plenty of protein bars and MRPs but it's always near impossible to eat clean. I was eating blueberry pancakes every morning, cheesy omelettes, tons of fruit, and deserts every night....I had this one...a warm chocolate mousse cake with bananas on top and a banana sauce dripping down the sides with a light whipped cream...that was like the best dessert I've ever had! But, it's back to business...I'm eating extra clean and hitting the gym hard now that I'm home. I hit chest and calves last night and it totally sucks when you take a break and come back...I only took off for a week but my strength and stamina are way off. I'll get it back quickly I hope. I got my natural test back up on this one much quicker than the last cycle
I did. The absence of deca is the reason, I think. I'll be lifting naturally for a few months and then it'll be time to blow up again...I'm planning on something like this with a killer jump start and taper:

1-4: dbol 30/ED
1-4: prop 100/EOD
1-10: cyp 750/wk
1-10: eq 400/wk
8-13: winny 50/ED
ldex,nolv,clomid

Yeah, I'm done clomid and all too. Been slacking a bit the last 2 weeks so I'm gonna get back on track and focus. Can't wait to start another cycle...I'm just working on gathering a few things first.

Thanks bro. I'm planning to do a contest next spring. I'm focusing on bringing up my legs and bulking right now. I'd like to add a lot more size before I get up there. If I can come in at 220-225, ripped (i.e.-<5%), I'd be happy with that.
