Newcomer... give me some help
I'm 6'2"-195 lbs-20 years old, trained naturally for 3 years...
Have a solid base, want to gain some solid advice...
What is a simple cycle (for someone like myself who has never taken steroids ) I could use to increase lean mass (10 lbs max), maintain/increase vascularity and decrease body fat? I've read lots about Winstrol , Fina, Clen , etc... and feel like these could accomplish what I'm looking for; however don't know how they could be used together. Any suggestions?
Any/all advice welcomed...

Yeah bro cruise the board for awhile and soak up all the wealth of information that AR has to offer.......Its better to learn for yourself than have somebody guess at what might work for you

yo bro..i think u should start takin...
1-10 dbol 50mg/ed
1-10 insulin 10iu/day
1-16 test suspension 750mg/w
1-16 deca 600mg/w
that should do it bro...o and dont use nolvadex bitch tits will look good on ya...lol
what if 20 people were 2 tell u to do that..would u listen?
by the way i am not serious about the stuff..stay natural for about 1-2more yrs u will also learn so much more...by the time that comes u will already have gained much more strength and at least 6lbs or pure muscle...u will be in that barrier im in now..and thats when u pour some juice in ur cup

If all you want to do it put on 10 pounds....stay natural. Spend the money on adding another meal a day, and buy a new cd to listen to at the gym. Seriously....it's not worth it to juice for 10 pounds.
