    Ok... current pic of Big T

    Well boys and girls.... do to my 12 weeks off I lost over 50 pounds and have managed to work my way back up to 230ish. So please be gentle.. hahahahaha.. I feel puny, god I hate being under 250!!!!

    Yep.... it's my office. I can wear whatever I want, so it's cool. If all goes well I plan on hitting 270-280 by June and than begin dieting down for my show in November. I did lose alot of muscle **** near 50 pounds worth, but fortunately I can pack it back on rather quickly.

    Are you guys kidding me? You should not use words like "thick" or "huge" to describe this guy. Maybe you're all his friends, but I don't know what you're seeing. No chest, no arm, no front delts. All he has is a little bit of back. So as to technically not be flaming, I reccomend you work on the areas that I said you had none of.
