You're 5'6" 198. I'm also 5'6". Nice work bro. From the last picture you posted the only thing I see lagging a bit are quads and calves. Maybe add some more size to both. Your front lat spread looks excellent.

bjayg I was in italy last summer, I went to sorento and napoli, When most of my family saw me they were very impressed of my physic. I am not a big guy but when I went to the beachs I had the best physic out there. It is not a big thing to look big there all they care about is to have slim body. I still dont know how my cousins do it because there diet persist of pasta and bread. But let me tell you something I saw some pics of you and if you ever went there they will think that you are a monster. Just remeber the only problem when you go, is that it is hard to find a gym and if you do its probably closed during the summer.
