    sick, I usually do, but not much but then I don't get really sick that often either.

    The picture was taken after 9days sick and 1workout. So I acctually don't lose almost any mass when I'm sick, after working every muscle once sometimes even stronger than before. Yesterday i did 8reps with 240lbs plates on the shoulder press (Perfect Line), 2weeks ago I did 6reps. So maybe I get sick because of overtraining?

    Thanks! I don't have any routine. I swith both order and the excersise quite often. Sometimes o shock my shoulders with 20 workingsets. I train the delts alone.
    A regular workout would be something like this: I use to do atleast 6-7sets with diffirent presses, both behind head and in front of the head. Then like 4set laterial raises. Then 2-3set frontlift with a plate 10-15reps.

    bro you look real good BUT i seriosly doubt your 220lbs...200 tops if that..this is nota putdown but i just dont see were the 20lbs are..your all muscle..your cut and lean..but 220 at 6'1" your not...take a pick of you on a digital scale showing 220lbs and ill STFU...your measuremnts and how tall you are dont add up to 220 bro

    when are you going to show your wheels is my next question, your upper half looks
    good but what about the legs dude, judges look at the total package not selective

    i know what 220 at 61 LEAN looks like bro..and hes far from it..when i said 200lbs i was being nice..what im saying is i think he got the changover mixed up from kilos to lbs..cause he isnt 220 unless his legs are 40" around each
