I have to agree with Barbarian on this one. You look like your in the 180 lbs zone (if that). I don't want to knock you down or nothing but your extremely thin. You have good muscle that makes you look bigger. If your contemplating competing, you will have an edge as most pre-contest contenders suck at their diets. Good luck to you!!

Hi! Yes my arms are really lagging. But building a complete physich is a long term project About my legs, I tore a muscle in my right leg in Aug 2002, before that I neglected my legs because it hurt so much since my meniscus are really bad in booth knees. But I started to train my legs seriously this year, and theay are growing good. They have grown almost 2" since then, even though I'm in better shape. I will show my wheels when they are little better.

OK. He's 6'1.5" and weighs 207lbs with little body fat. I'm 6'3" and weigh 220lbs with 8% BF. What's the big deal? Just cause he isn't bloated doesn't mean the muscle and bones don't weigh anything.

nillson i never called you a liar..on the title of your thread it says 220 just turned 20... that means your 220 lbs..does it not?? your hella shreded leaned out and have nice shapen muscle and i can tell you put alot of hard work into them..but i just didnt see you being 220..207 is more relastic to belive..good job..keep up the good work..

More set ups!
cut back on carbs, and add sprints to your routine, and more setups for those abs, you can see them starting to come through a little, your deffenatly on the right track!

Wow, people on here get defensive of complements..... As far as the goals go, yes you are correct, not everyones goals are the same, but I know you want those abs, everyone does........ And my comment was positve, I was complementing you on your progress. You can't post your picks and expect everyone to to say your the best, and that includes me, I'm not the best, all I'm doing is offering the critisism to motivate.... sorry if any offense was taken.........

Starter: No offence was taken! I just thought that what you wrote about the abs was a bit funny.
This picture was taken two weeks ago, I think that I was one step further than: "starting to come through a little". I do not think that I need to prioritize my abs in my training routine.
Otherwise I do want to hear constructive criticism.

nice job bro, excuse me for saying but training your arms 5 days a week won't make them bigger, if anything they will get smaller because you are not giving them enough time to recouperate. I train mine only once a week and they are growing quite nicely. Best of luck and remember more is not always better.

Hey Pete,
yeah i have two one superman symbol (red/yellow/blue) kinda old and what was once
three quarter ring of thorns around my right bicep has turned into a half since i had
it done two years ago, been thinking of getting both redone and another around my
left bicep as well.
