its true... I did my normal shoulder routine today and swole up so bad my sleeves moved up my arm... I knew I was done, but was enjoying it so much I went back and did another 5 sets knowing it did nothing but burn calories... which, in my fat state, is probably a good idea.

Hope your stones get dealt with quickly. Even though you are clearly still highly motivated, that shit always sits in the back of your mind wasting some focus

Thanks on the stones. I'm just glad I know what some of my problem was/is. Now, hopefully this cyst or whatever is nothing major. But hey, I feel good. Mental wellness contributes to physical. Not losing my frame of mind
