    Actually no. I can work my legs pretty damn hard and never suffer more than noodle legs. They are use to volleyball, gymnastics, cheer leading, running and working out. I believe this is why it's so hard to get them defined. Either that or I suck. I can (properly) squat a lot of weight. Have even thrown Bulgarian squats in... And I'm still struggling to get definition lol

    Drop the squats then if its not workin try something else. Extensions, presses, hacks, extensions again. I haven't squatted in over 6 months. My .02.

    I'm also limited darlin. I workout at home. Bowflex and free weights. I'm open to new ideas. Just threw in the Bulgarian squats and changed up a couple things but definitely open to new ideas

    Your definition will be dictated by your fat loss, in all reality. Some ladies find it almost impossible to shift fat from their lower body due to their different 'set up' to men.

    Tell me of your usual cardio routine, is it what we discussed?

    Cardio usually 20-30 min running twice a day plus my weight & resistance training. Well didn't do cardio last week due to whatever is going on with me. But for the first time ever this new routine I did with my legs, for once, quads, hammies and arse are still sore lol

    You're not prying darling. Still not much back. No protein, rbc count is still high. April 3rd I get cat scans of my innards done and was referred to a urologist and oncologist. Still waiting but easing my way back into things for now

    Tried the sissy squats jut to get a handle on how they work. Added them to my leg routine. And yes, I'll even try them in stilettos

    Yeah they're pretty nice. I've abandoned my bowflex completely for legs except when I wanna throw in some extensions or prone curls. Now it's like this

    Wide leg squats
    Lunges
    Side lunges
    Step ups
    Side extensions
    Sissy squats
    All with weight
    On change up ill do curls or extensions

    Lol dunno. I like pushing my legs till they feel like noodles. But I'm trying to get my arse built up and hams and quads.
