its true... I did my normal shoulder routine today and swole up so bad my sleeves moved up my arm... I knew I was done, but was enjoying it so much I went back and did another 5 sets knowing it did nothing but burn calories... which, in my fat state, is probably a good idea.
Hope your stones get dealt with quickly. Even though you are clearly still highly motivated, that shit always sits in the back of your mind wasting some focus
