I actually do triceps with delts and biceps with chest so im doing one push and one pull exercise a day...I feel doing triceps is counter productive if done with chest because they are fatigued already if you worked your chest effectively...same with back and biceps...try it if you currently do chest tris and back bis...you will see what I mean...ive been lifting for a long time so you try different combinations to keep things fresh and interesting over the years...don't limit yourself to what the "Book" tells you find what works for you...hope you are well my friend...

week 8 day 1 chest biceps
flat bench dumbbell press 4 sets
incline barbell press 4 sets
heavy incline flys 4 sets
push ups 3 sets
barbell curls 4 sets
barbell reverse curls 4 sets
hammer curls dumbbell 4 sets
mountain biked for 2 hrs sunday so plenty of cardio I swear it was uphill both fucking ways...I woke up incredibly refreshed and had a great day at work and the gym I cant believe that I can push my CNS to the limit to the point where I literally have to quit because I have nothing left and bounce back like it was nothing...ill take it...later peeps...

week 8 day 2 legs
leg press 4 sets
hack squats 4 sets
stiff legged deadlifts 4 sets
seated leg curl machine 4 sets
seated calf raises 4 sets
that's it for today got great sleep again last night but the tren is making me soak the bed with night sweats...at least I'm sleeping...ill be glad when I'm not pinning these short esters as they hurt, not enough to affect training or my rides but over the long haul the constant pinning and general discomfort sucks...

I wouldn't worry to much about progress, or actually I would,
I really really would.
But that's because I feel like some of the progress I've made myself have stagnated and I lost some of it before I could consolidate it,
maybe just in my head I hope.
Anyways, I see you logging great workouts and the combo your running must be nice.

I don't have any worse troubles sleeping on tren that otherwise.
Actually I only have two issues with tren;
1) with tren ace I feel it affecting cardio, at least somewhat when doing what I consider high dosages.
2) feeling warm when having sex. But this applies to a lot of AAS, and HGH (HGH extremely so), and I haven't found any solution except being extremely tired. But sleep deprivation and libido, well, you get the picture.
Come to think of it, I'm probably warm all the time, but who cares except when in bed? Maybe when shopping... effin hate shopping (without tons of Valium, then it's ok)
Tren + mast, that's warm though.
Get some diet on top of that and the fat melts away.

one arm rows 4 sets
bent over barbell rows 4 sets
wide grip pulldowns 4 sets
rope pulldowns focusing on lower lats 4 sets
weighted ab machine 4 sets
that's it for week 8 I will do 2-3 hrs of cardio this weekend and hopefully shed some more fat...the blend I'm running is kind of painfull but the fat is starting to peel off....4 more weeks to go in this comp so there is a bit more time to improve I hope...have a great weekend everyone...

Do you think the masteron is doing alot with the dosage its being ran at? I know most people like to ramp it right up high.

done all in an hour...another good session after another 2.5 hr mountain bike excursion...it was 85 outside thank god for the stiff breaze that held up the whole time...any ways people this is week 9 of 12 it is getting good...I cant wait to see every ones progress pics at the end...good day...

over head press with rope 4 sets(like skullcrushers but with the cable apparatus?...
press downs with strait bar cable 4 sets
kick backs 4 sets
shoulder press machine 4 sets
lateral raise machine 4 sets
upright rows 4 sets
barbell shrugs 4 sets
did 30 min cardio this am then mowed the lawn so a little extra with that I guess...rock on...

that's week 9 peeps 3 more to go and I like where I am at physically and mentally right now.....I'm on the devils spew tren now but have managed to not ask my wife for a divorce again so that's a good thing...I plan on mountain biking after the family festivities sunday so at least 2 more hours of cardio this weekend...HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL...

Yeah, I've noticed tren sides creep up on ya.
Firsts cycles and I never understood why anyone had issues with tren.
Now i am starting to understand it.

I cant even explain it man but when I'm on tren at some point I become unreasonable in all aspects a real asshole...I have a very understanding wife because I say some pretty hurtful things sometimes in the heat of the moment and she still loves me somehow...just have to keep it together for 3 more weeks...
