thanks its hard to see but there are small rapids so its got that sound that i live for...my last house had horrible backyard neighbors with hound dogs that barked all the time so when we where looking for a house when we found this one it was a no brainer...its so quiet here except for the soothing sounds of the river...

That's awesome. The sound of water is a very soothing sensation.
I've purchased three noise machines for sleeping. Unfortunately, they run on loops.
Eventually the loop gets figured out and it stops working.
That probably doesn't happen where you live.

weekend update...I only do cardio on the weekends as I save this time for family and friends...todays cardio will be my first non snow mountain biking excursion...I expect it to be muddy as fuck out in the woods so I will take the fatbike its been a few weeks since I rode because of weather and easter so finally I get to play outside yeay...

week 2 day 1:chest + biceps
incline press dumbbells 6 sets
cable crossovers 4 sets
push ups 4 sets
rotator cuff was killing
me so I had to call it good on chest, too much grinding today...
biceps
barbell curls 4 sets
dumbbell hammer curls 4 sets
preacher curl machine 4 sets
2 hrs cardio this weekend riding my fatbike through mud...it was fun but way to much work and my training suffered because of it...regardless I worked through it....thanks for stopping by...

week 2 day 2 legs:
leg extensions 4 sets
barbell squats 5 sets
leg press 4 sets
leg curl machine 4 sets
weighted ab machine 4 sets
decided to do abs today instead of calves... I also trained solo today as my training partner hyperextended his knee today so no legs for him...it was kind of fun though not having him barking in my ear as I cranked out the work...yet at the same time having to change the weights by myself kind of sucked...yea I'm a diva lol...

week 2 day 3 triceps and delts:
press downs 4 sets
over head extensions (cable with rope) 4 sets
skull crushers 4 sets
kick backs 4 sets
upright rows barbell 4 sets
shoulder press machine 4 sets
dumbbell shrugs super sets 3 descending weights x10 reps drop sets= 1 set for 4 sets
I also did 30min cardio on the cross trainer this morning and had the day off today so I did all my adulting/man chores...
time to make dinner and relax thanks for checking in...

week 2 day 4: cardio 30 min...yea that's it, fucking exiting I know...I dvr the ultimate fighter so I watch that wile I do cardio to keep my mind off the work I'm doing otherwise I would never keep up with it...it will help me stay on track because its a pretty cool show so I actually look forward to cardio in a way, sort of, I guess?... yea....

week 2 day 5 back calves and abs:
underhand grip barbell rows 4 sets
t-bar rows wide grip 4 sets
underhand grip pull downs 4 sets
rope pulldowns with focus on lower lats 4 sets
seated calf press machine 6 sets
leg lifts for lower abs 4 sets
ab machine 4 sets
there you go 2 weeks down 10 more to go...things are going great so far...time to get dinner going and spend some
"quality time" with the wife tonight...cardio is all I do on the weekend as I lift 4 out of 5 days during the week...thanks for checking in peeps...

week 3 day 1: chest biceps
flat bench dumbbell press 4 sets
incline barbell press 4 sets
cable crossovers 4 sets
barbell curls 4 sets
dumbbell hammer curls 4 sets
barbell reverse grip curls 4 sets
nice and simple done in about an hour great workout considering how spent I still was from yesterdays 3 hr mountain bike ride witch was awesome compared to last week (less mud and ruts from the redneck diesel truck boys ripping the shit out of the trails)...anyways I'm liking where I'm at right now with 2 more weeks till I add in the other compounds for the last 8 weeks of the comp...thanks for checking in you rock!....

I also did 30 mins of cardio this morning to start my day...I made the executive decision to take down the trampoline in my front yard today and trash it...it hasn't been used in years and I decided to take my lawn back, so a big man victory hear in ghettoland(I live with 2 women)...I don't think anyone will miss it, but we finally had a sunny day and I wanted to work outside...to think it was snowing on my vacation a month ago (10") and now I had to mow my lawn already...Dam...

what's up people?...had to take Friday off from the gym because of an emergency parent teacher conference/intervention for my 16 year old daughter...she is my number one focus right now but I will keep training nothing changes there just a bit of a priority shift...today will be some sort of mountain bike trip depending on conditions/weather and hopefully get to use full suspension bike, I'm ready to fly...

is a tren a,test p,mast p blend and I only call it blast because I'm only running test c 250mg per week right now so ill be running test p 390mg, tren a and mast 300 mg per week in total so nothing big just want to use up this blend ive had sitting since summer of last year...I ran the same blend last year and liked the results and have 5 more vials left...
