week 10 day 1 chest biceps
flat bench dumbbell press 4 sets
incline bench dumbbell press 4 sets
cable crossovers 4 sets
seated fly machine arms as straight as possible 4 sets
preacher curl machine 4 sets
hammer curls w/rope on cable app. 4 sets
wide grip curls on cable apparatus using e-z curl bar 4 sets
body weight abs 4 sets
managed to get away yesterday afternoon to ride and had the greatest time...we did one of the local mountains we like to ride but did it backwards for added challenge/fun so 2.5 hrs hiit cardio this weekend...feeling good later on peeps...

week 10 day 2 legs
leg press 4 sets
barbell squats 4 sets
seated leg curl machine 4 sets
stiff legged deads 4 sets
seated calf raise 4 sets
that's it people 45 min tops all business...its been very hot here lately for this time of year so I'm feeling it hard today but will bounce back tomorrow...later...

week 10 day 3 triceps and delts
dumbbell skull crushers 4 sets
close grip bench press 4 sets
press downs 4 sets
rope press downs twisting wrists out at the end for ridiculous burn 4 sets
upright rows 4 sets
rear delts lateral raise 4 sets
lateral raises 4 sets
barbell shrugs 4 sets
did 30 min cardio on the cross trainer this morning as well as mow my lawn so keeping busy...got my fishing license today as my training partner is taking me out fishing on his nice bass boat tomorrow after work...should be fun...talk to you all Friday...

Low back extension 4sets
Pull downs with wide grip row bar 4sets
Bent over barbell rows 4sets
One arm rows dumbbell 4sets
My pc is broken so I'm doing this on the phone for a few days till I get a new one

got 2 hrs hiit cardio mountain biking this weekend and had a blast again...it was somewhat busy on the trail system we decided to use but its great to see the mountain biking community is strong in my state no mater where we go... 2 more weeks left in the comp...cheers...

Do you have any suggestions for a mountain bike at a reasonable price? I'm moving the mountains, Blue Ridge Mountains, in August.

if you are looking for full suspension than you could get a decent bike from Scott or Giant or really most companies for about $1750-$2000...

that's on the lower end of the scale... my friend just bought a carbon fiber rocky mountain bike for $5000 this spring...that will be my next bike but I bought my newest one last year so I need to wait another year or my wife will flip...besides I'm looking to get a new truck this year so I have to be sensible...but yea just like motorcycles you don't buy the cheapest one... with the riding I do a $200 huffy would get me killed brother these bikes are basically lite versions of MC without motors...ghetto works hard and plays hard...

went for an hour MB ride so that's was my cardio yesterday(HIIT) I'm getting tired now this comp and blast is thankfully nearing and end, my body needs a break...one more workout this week then one more week to go till its time for pics and results...this should be fun...tomorrow is back day talk to you then...

t-bar rows 4 sets
one arm rows 4 sets
pulldowns with the v bar focus on lower lats 4 sets
that was it for the workout...just one week left till the reveal...rode 1 hr 45 min MTB excursion today (Sunday)...ready for this comp to end, I worry doc is laying low only to come back and post pics of extreme awesomeness.... I'm not sure my ego can take it...

Great work man!
I've been away, of sorts.
My chances of winning this comp greatly diminished as well,
but when looking at the consistent work you've done,
I'm not gonna pout.
It was just bad timing for me, the end here,
but I'll try to give my best the last week and see if I can repair some of the damage.
