    ghettoboyds competition log...

    thank you brother those pics are hideous no pump and flat as all hell but thank you...this comp is running for 12 weeks...im running test c 250 per week(been cruising on this for about 6 weeks) and after 4 weeks will be running short esters test p 400 ,tren a 300, mast p 300 per week for the last 8 weeks...oh and I'm running winny 50mg per day for last 8 weeks as well...thanks for your interest and kind words my friend...

    Are you going to carb cycle for the next four weeks before blasting?

    Why only 300mg of mast?

    I have been carb cycling the last 3 weeks leading up to this so yes...the mast at 300 is because its a blend I got through an auction on another board super cheap and it is 50mg ml with tren at 50 and the test at 65mg per ml...I going to use 6ml per week 2ml x3 times per week...im just trying to use it up I hate blends for the very reason you asked because I would love to double that dose to be honest(just the mast) but cant unless I get more which is an option I guess...im just trying to use stuff up...your thoughts?...

    so here's what I did in the gym today:

    chest:

    incline barbell bench press 4 sets
    flat dumbbell press 4 sets
    cable crossovers 4 sets
    push ups 3 sets to failure

    biceps:
    barbell curls 4 sets
    preacher curl machine 4 sets
    hammer curls 4 sets

    as you can see I tend to do more volume but will eventually go to more of a hit routine the last 8 weeks if I can take it for 8 weeks we shall see...

    i wasn't planning to log my food I just don't think I can keep up with it I'm currently spending my afternoons tutoring my daughter as she is failing school and that is eating up my time right now...ii trying not to skimp on the gym because that's the only me time I get...ill think about it though...thanks for stopping by my thread...this is like the 3 or 4th thread ive made in 9+ years ive been here none of them logs, so this is a rarity...

    I'll surely be following GB! You got plenty of time another 3wks of carb cycling and some volume training will make your blast THAT much more effective imho

    I like everyone in this competition, its hard to pick a favorite but you are probably it.
    All the competitors in this one are very likeable and have great attitudes!
    I hope there is room for trash talk and it doesn't get too lovey dovey!

    day 2 legs...kept it simple today...high reps 12-15

    leg extensions 4 sets
    leg press 4 sets
    barbell squats 4 sets
    stiff legged dead lifts 4 sets

    note each set I do I ad more weight usually a plate per side except for the stiff legged deads I just pick a weight and do it for every set focusing on the hamstring stretch...I actually felt a little ill from the high reps as its a low carb day and was a bit void of energy...but sitting here writing this I feel fantastic the endorphins are kicking in...nice....

    day 3: triceps and delts

    triceps extensions (to warm up these old elbows) 4 sets
    skull crushers 4 sets
    press downs 4 sets
    rope press downs (lighter, twisting rope out for max contraction and ridiculous burn) 4 sets

    delts:

    heavy upright rows 4 sets
    front raises 4 sets
    lateral raises 4 sets
    barbell shrugs 4 sets

    I use progressive resistance on every exercise, every set... take the last set to failure...
    side note started cardio today did 30 min on the elliptical and burned 705 calories...cant wait for the trails to dry up a bit so I can go mountain biking that's the best cardio eva'...oh yea and I survived driving with my daughter she's a natural thank god... why cant she be that way with school?...anyways, I'm at least blessed that she's healthy and a good girl and respects all people...

    I thought the treadmill would be more optimal for calorie burning... hmmm I may try the cross trainer and compare it.

    I like the eliptical better than the treadmill, because it is easier on my joints, I get a smaller quota of complaints for the day. Also, I like pretending that I'm climbing up an imaginary ladder more than walking in place. I'll probably incorporate it into my routine. It's more of a joy so I'll probably get more out of it.
    However, the lack of complaining means I burn less calories bitching...

    I'm just cruising at 250mg per week test c but last 8 weeks will run a test p tren a mast a blend I have left over from last summer It will work out to 400mg test p,300 tren a, 300 mast p...I will probably bum keep running the test c dose as well might throw in some winni last few weeks but will see...what I don't have is more mast as I would love to up the dose, blends suck but I got it for a steal...

    Should still be enough to provide a good bang and be quite pleasant to run as well, add in an oral and it will be a real blast!

    I got some anadrol lying around which I'm glancing at now and then, just mentioning it.

    Win is good, all depending on how one reacts to it.
    I find it to be quite the anabolic , but unfortunately doses like 50mg daily which really makes it shine doesn't agree with me for more than 7-10days.

    Yeah I'd prefer to see you sub 10 then hit the mast. I understand it's a blend but will you get the best results now? I'm just asking.

    I'm not using it for another 3 weeks so I hope to be of lesser bf by the time I start it I'm carb cycling till then and have started cardio 30 min 3x per week so we will see...I hear you though...

    You mash up sweet potatoes and inject them @ 500 or so mg twice a week. You need an 18 ga needle.
    Pct with rice and cranberry juice.
    Pip can get pretty bad but keep after it and you will get jacked!

    day 5: back

    underhand bent over barbell rows 4 sets
    overhand wide grip t-bar rows 4 sets
    pulldowns with the v row handle 4 sets
    one arm rows 4 sets

    as you can see today was very row heavy...looking for more thickness but arnt we all...date night with the wife tonight...cue the music boys baw chicka baw baw.....ooohh yeaaaa...
