hi, im 30 yrs old 5 feet 5, 120 lbs. iam very thin, and it worries me a lot. i want to change. i want to gain at least 10-12 lbs of quality retainable muscle.i have been working out for 2 yrs. i read about bodybuilders like katka kyptova who completely transformed her body(from a very thin woman to a muscular one).i dont want to be a bodybuilder. but i wanna gain some mass and shape up. katka is an inspiration for me, and she looks very feminine. if she can do it, i also can.
plz suggest me a good steroid cycle .
