    Red face new to site just wanna say HI

    have been training/competeing in Figure for almost 3 years now...have been natural but looking for a little help to get back into my routine. Last competed in May 2012. Past three months have not been able to keep my 5/days routine and clean eating. I was injured(piriformis and wrist) and also had a daughter who was hit by a car. She is fine now, but I am not quite. Gained 10lbs, I know its not a lot but it feels like it! Used to being 12-15% bf....probably around 19-21% now I am a mom of 3 with a husband who works a lot. I am really burnt out from everything that has happened in past couple of months. But I am ready to get back to business! Needing energy boost. Have only used caffeine as a helper. Here to find some other suggestions and see what other females use to keep themselves going

    Thanks for the info.MickeyKnox ....I requested access now just waiting to be turned to PINK....hope it wont take too long but there are some members there who requested access in November but looks like they are still waiting to be acknowledged ????

    welcome girl!!! happy to have you on the boards...seems like you know what to do since you keep your bodyfat in check even when life throws you curve balls!!! I hang out in the nutritional forum......and i do suggest you go pink cuz there is some secret info in that forum which the guys can't see.....and it bugs them so a few are trying to go pink. nice bunch of fellas here and i sure hope to see you around!!!!

    If you gained 10 pounds while out of the gym (of fat) that means you were slacking on your nutrition/diet, i'm not sure why you think steroids will just fix all your problems and poor nutrition like a short cut. Get your diet down, get back in the gym then ask yourself if you still need "a boost"

    Marketing targets women with 'silver bullet' gimmicks to loose fat when in fact the answer is in nutrition and exercise. These will give more benes by not having to carry the excess and the endorphins from working out will make an incredible difference in energy level. But it takes discipline. It's not hard but requires proactive planning. I think she knows what she needs to do and if she finds that silver bullet, I only ask that she tell me first. .
