Hello everyone, another newbie
Hi to everyone,
I'm here as I have been researching HRT and HGH (at my doc's suggestion) for a couple of health problems I have.
I used to be more actively working out and lifting before my son was born (the health probs came on after my pregnancy), but it's very reduced now, unfortunately.
Still, there seem to be all sorts of people here, with all sorts of stuff going on...all different yet united by some common interests. Best regards to you all and I look forward to learning and getting to know you.
Kindly,
Angel

Thanks much for those links, Mickey.
As I am reading I have noticed that under a lot of member names it says they have been banned - but I can't find the rules that explain how not to get banned. Can you direct me so that I don't make any accidental missteps?
Thanks,
Angel

Like GGR indicated, mostly common sense stuff.
Here a link to the Rules, there are not many actually.

Thanks for that to both of you. I thought maybe the rules were more complicated, given how many banned members I saw. But it's the internet and there's lots of insanity, that must be the reason. :-)
Anyway, many thanks for that, and also for the kind welcome. Now I have just seen there is a forum just for women, so need to go and ask to be added to that. I'm finding my way around, slowly.

Thanks for the kind welcome, Nestor, noon, human, gbrice and robinjohn! :-)
I mainly had thyroid and adrenal problems soonish afterwards, and didn't get a lot of medical help sorting them out (as with so many others that have to work on their own for lack of competent care). And that stuff really drained me (the bad fatigue and such), to the point where I feel I have aged a lot because of it. After a few years of feeling better, I am starting to feel like things are off a bit again, but I have just sent off 9 vials of blood and will hopefully have some answers soon (and hopefully can get in to see the fancy hormone doc before my current appointment, which is in Nov!).

I need to ask for some help: how do I edit these !&%$£ posts? I am always annoyed to see I didn't proofread and need to change my punctuation or words (perfectionism will get you every time) but I can't figure out how to edit.

I had thyroid cancer, and now chronically hypothyroid,so I might be able to kind of understand what you're going though. Welcome, btw. I'm guessing you're probably hyperthyroid though, not sure, but either way, I've done a bit of research on both hypo and hyper. Hang in there, they'll figure it out. You might want to try an Endocronologist- they specialize in thyroid disorders.
