    hi i am new

    i am looking for information on dosage for women taking anavar (correct amount ) all i can find is mostly information for men i am currently at 194lbs 24% bodyfat my diet is clean i workout 7 days a week ..looking to add lots of lean mass while keep cutting the bodyfat any advice would be greatly appreciated
