hey whats up
hey whats up, ive been training hard for about 4 yrs.put some good size on 5'8 230lbs. and am getting ready to do my first show.i am down to 185 w/ about 10 more to go before i step on stage... anyone have good tips for the final few weeks ??

What's your diet and cardio look like? Are you 10 "Water" pounds away, Fat or a mix of both?

ya i'm abvout ten lbs's of water, my diet is at no carbs with the exception of today i had a 75g carb spike. cardio is 1.5 hrs a dday 45 first thing in the morning and 45 after wkout..
