    new to forum

    I am fairly computer illiterit. I have only joined one other forum, was never able to work it. I have been lifting seriosly for six months. My progress started to level out so I found a mild oral and wanted to do some reaserch on it, and fuond this site. I lifted quit a bit as a teenager but fell out.
    I read about a dozen Muscle and Fitness cover to cover back in the 90's, but it seems alot of new reaserch is out there.
