New member here
I just joined here the other day and can't stop reading everybody's questions and answers, etc. I am 27, 6'1" and about 200lbs. been working out on and off for 6 years. Any advice for some as a heavy equipment mechanic, leave at 5am, bust knuckles, home at 7:30, then go to the gym. Crazy or not, or just whatever it takes?

i would figure out you goals (get bigger or stronger or rehab injuries) then ask the question again... but, looks like you dont have a lot of time, i would figure out something based off of three or four days and get every thing done in that time frame. the flip side (and it kinda makes sense too) is to go 6 days a week for less time spent per session.
i would say that seeing you work schedual your diet sucks... am i right? i would spend some time getting that correct as well...

Thanks for the welcome, and no, my diet doesn't suck, I take all my carb, fats, and protein food and powders in my work truck w/me. I have no other choice, do what i gotta do. Bulking up bc I have an Ectromorph body.

Once again thanks for the welcome. Spent a lil' time in England, lived at RAF Upper Heyford for a few years, Military father. Whole time I was over there everybody so nice, but never seen anything like a Manchester United rugby game. Best team I ever watched and extreme crazy fans. Aint nothin better than that.
