ERm... :yellowcon
Hey guys , i was just wondering. Some people have been telling me that before i can start doing weights i would have to lose the fat otherwise it will turn into muscle. Is that true? I mean will the fat just turn into muscle or will the fat disappear as muscle starts building?
Also, is there any good stuff i can take while begining my exercise to help lose fat quicker? I was reading on some amino acids which turn fat into energy. Can i take them (if i find them in the shop) or is there something better?
Any help woul be gratefully appreciated!

thats the biggest myth about fat turning into muscle. . try to lose weight through proper nutrition and cardio. as for the muscle building, you have to work out consistently and eat well. for supplements, go to the supplement forum. many good bros to help you out there. good luck

Man I WISH fat would turn into muscle...by snoopy I'd be one jacked mother. Alas you're correct that fat dimishes as muscle takes it's place.
An ECA stack would help for cutting but hard work tends to be the real factor. Diet would be the best to start with.

Wellcome to AR Alies4!
Well, the fat wonīt turn straight to a muscle. Your body needs energy, and if you donīt eat enough, it makes energy from the fat. But itīs not possible to burn fat as much as you can, and build musclemass same time IF you do it natural ways. You must do some aerobic-exercises to rise your energy consumption. If you want build muscles too, do it first and then burn the fat away... Winters are good time to do that, if you know what I mean!
When you want to burn fat away and not loose your muscles, it requires skills.
Then u need optimal calories, aerobics, and weight training. All those must be in good balance.

Usually only kids think that fat can turn into muscle or muscle can turn into fat. Muscle and fat are two different things and one can't turn into the other no matter what you do.
