    New Have ?

    I am new to the forums just to say a little about my self
    I am 6’2 220lb 28years old

    Ok to my question I am doing my second cycle
    Test 500mg week
    Deca 400mg week
    D-Bol 30mg ed
    Nolva on hand

    For 10 weeks

    But I am somewhat over weight and I was wondering about my diet should I lower my fat and calorie intake or just weight till after the cycle to burn that off I just don’t want to sacrifice progress

    I never said I was a fat @ss LOL
    just if I would drop some cal and fat out of my diet but keep a good amount of protein and carbs if that would hurt
