Goin on, I just started my first cycle of d-bol. Every morning I run about 1.5 - 2 miles and I am rotating daily from upper and lower in the evenings at the gym (meaning one day legs. Next day arms ext.) Anyone have any advice or info to share diet, workout schedule, ext.
