    Goin on, I just started my first cycle of d-bol. Every morning I run about 1.5 - 2 miles and I am rotating daily from upper and lower in the evenings at the gym (meaning one day legs. Next day arms ext.) Anyone have any advice or info to share diet, workout schedule, ext.

    I take it this is your 1st cycle and your running D-bol? bro you never do d-bol for a 1st cycle or even alone. It will **** up your liver!

    what are your stats? cycle experience? and what does this cycle exactly consist of?

    Welcome...i think you should stop the running too,you could be losing quality gains in muscle mass...imo
