    Hello...

    Just wanted to "Hi" and thanks for all the great infomation. I just want to read and learn...and this is the place with all the info!

    I've been working out 4days a week for the past year, but I still feel old and fat!! I'm 36 yrs old, 195lbs and 26%bf. I'm trying to gain lean mass and loose the fat. My goals are to become 220-230lbs and 15 %bf (trying to set realistic goals). I need to get my diet straight and log some more gym time. Thanks for contributing all the great diet and workout tips!!

    I love Jeeps, what kind do you have? I keep looking for a TJ that hasn't been abused, but I can't find one in Canada. Everyone seems to beat the snot out of them, and I can't afford to buy one new.

    I had a 1974 CJ 5 that had been abused an left in a field for 12yrs. I restored it (about 75%) and then it sat in my garage for 5yrs, so I sold it to buy a boat. I sold the boat last year and went looking for a jeep again, but ran into the same problem...that people want too much for used crap. I finally bought a new 2006 wrangler X and have already lifted and put the 33" tires on it. It is a sweet ride compaired to the 74 CJ 5.
