    First cycle

    I've been educating myself on working out for quite some time. I'll be 42 year's old in a couple of month's. For the science of bodybuilding, i have to admit Hatfield schooled me on compensitory accelleration. It helped me break 500lbs on the dead lift at 218lbs bw, drug free. At 6'2" i'm kinda lanky at that weight. The more on i'm this site the more i see people cycling by the seat of there pant's.....so sad, I'm no expert but i am well read on the basic's. SMAN's advice is well put...i'm sure he's kinda tired of constantly repeating it. READING IS FUNDAMENTAL!!!!!!! RIGHT? I agree with him. I think we should ALL be so calculating with our cycles. the first thing i did was read about cycling. I still cant believe i see people here cycling with out PCT in mind. How the hell are you supposed to KEEP YOUR GAIN'S??? My brother inlaw cycled A-50 for a freakin year...what an idiot....no pct obviously....he had to have a testicle removed!!!!!!Oral's are extremely toxic to the liver. from what i've read 4-6 week's MAX!!!! Anyway's i'm here to stay. Look forward to some stimulating conversation's ANIMAL WORKOUT!!!!! Bro's
