Hello to all.

I'm a new member to this site and hope to gain knowledge, truth, info, and support to what I will need to as a beginner to physical enhancement. I am not a pro sport or aiming to become a pro bodybuilder. I'm a healthy 25 year old, over weight then I should be ( 242), 5"7, hard working individual. My goal is to loose fat, gain muscle mass, cut, and build confidantes. I believe I succeeded in my first two steps and that is setting a goal(s) and including my future wife on my plan. In which I am great full for her 100% support for a safe transition. So no sneaking around here. So were do I start?
