New Guy
Hello guys,
I am a new guy to all of this, I workout and have a hard time keepin the gain I have. I work in NYC and go to the gym 3 times a week. I am 6 feet tall and weight around 170-175, I have to eat all the time. Let me know if you guys have any advice for me on how to get started. I have accomplish almost everything in my career and now want to challenge myself and get bigger and stronger.

Welcome to the site.
Head to the diet forum and read up on bulking diets. Eating all the time is a good start, but eating the right things all the time is the answer.

hey take it from me Im also brand new and came with a ton of questons. In a matter of days most were answered these guys know there stuff. Anyways welcome...
