    sorry posted it in the wrong place, could one of you moderators move this for me? thanks

    hey guys im terry from michigan and i had a few questions

    my stats 6'4" 246lbs no gut haha just a lil side gut

    all right i'm happy with my size i just wanna get toned, i mean a lil size would be ok it thats what i need to do..

    What will help get me firmer without making me to big??
