Your around the same age and size as me , Im going nartural hard befor using any AS , As alot of people advised me on here to really eat as much as possible and train hard and Im seeing a huge diffrence in just 10 days after scoffing my face all day . Im really reading hard about PCT too , Its really important !! , There is tons of info on here u just have to find it
